JotNow! はライフログアプリです。テキスト・位置情報・写真を組み合わせて、日々の出来事を手軽に記録できます。Apple Watch のコンプリケーションから手首でサッとメモを追加したり、カレンダーやマップで過去の記録を振り返ったりできます。

- Q. メモはどこに保存されますか？
- すべてのメモはお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。外部サーバーへの送信は行いません。
- Q. Apple Watch で使えますか？
- はい。Watch アプリから音声入力・定型句・GPS 記録の3つの方法でメモを追加できます。Watch 文字盤にコンプリケーションを追加すると、タップするだけで各入力画面へ直行できます。
- Q. iPhone と Watch のデータは同期しますか？
- はい。iPhone と Watch のメモは自動で同期されます。Watch が離れているときは、つながった時点でまとめて同期されます。
- Q. 定型句とは何ですか？
- よく使う文章やフレーズをあらかじめ登録しておく機能です。「設定」→「定型句の管理」から追加・編集できます。メモ入力画面のアイコンをタップするとワンタップで挿入できます。
- Q. 無料プランでできることは何ですか？
- メモの作成・閲覧・検索（直近30日）・定型句の登録（2件まで）・GPS 記録・写真添付・Apple Watch 連携など、基本機能をすべてお使いいただけます。
- Q. JotNow! Premiumとは何ですか？
- 全期間のログを検索できる機能と、定型句を無制限に登録できる機能が解放される買い切りプランです。月額料金はかかりません。
- Q. 購入を別の端末に引き継げますか？
- はい。「設定」画面の「購入を復元」から復元できます。同じ Apple ID でサインインしている端末であれば追加料金なしで利用できます。
- Q. メモを誤って削除してしまいました。復元できますか？
- 申し訳ありませんが、削除したメモは復元できません。削除の際は確認ダイアログが表示されますのでご注意ください。
- Q. 位置情報の精度が低いです。
- GPS の受信状況によって精度が変わります。屋外や窓の近くでお試しください。また、「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「位置情報サービス」で JotNow! の位置情報アクセスが「このAppの使用中のみ許可」になっていることをご確認ください。
- Q. ホーム画面ウィジェットはどう使いますか？
- ホーム画面を長押しして編集モードにし、「＋」から JotNow! を選ぶと「新規メモ」ウィジェット（小・中）を追加できます。タップするだけでメモ入力画面が開きます。

JotNow! is a life log app that lets you easily capture text, location, and photos together. Add quick notes from your wrist using Apple Watch complications, and look back on your logs with a calendar or map view.

- Q. Where is my data stored?
- All notes are stored locally on your device only. No data is ever sent to external servers.
- Q. Can I use JotNow! on Apple Watch?
- Yes. The Watch app supports three input methods: voice input, templates, and GPS entry. Adding a complication to your Watch face lets you jump directly to any input screen with a single tap.
- Q. Do iPhone and Apple Watch sync automatically?
- Yes. Notes sync automatically between iPhone and Watch. If the Watch is out of range, all changes are synced as soon as they reconnect.
- Q. What are templates?
- Templates let you save frequently used phrases for quick insertion. Go to Settings → Manage Templates to add or edit them. Tap the template icon in the note input screen to insert one instantly.
- Q. What is available on the free plan?
- All core features are available for free: creating and browsing notes, search (last 30 days), up to 2 templates, GPS entry, photo attachments, and Apple Watch support.
- Q. What is JotNow! Premium?
- JotNow! Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks full history search and unlimited templates. There are no subscription fees.
- Q. Can I restore my purchase on another device?
- Yes. Tap "Restore Purchases" in the Settings screen. Any device signed in with the same Apple ID can restore the purchase at no additional cost.
- Q. I accidentally deleted a note. Can I recover it?
- Unfortunately, deleted notes cannot be recovered. A confirmation dialog is shown before deletion to help prevent accidental loss.
- Q. My location accuracy seems low.
- GPS accuracy depends on signal conditions. Try outdoors or near a window. Also ensure that Location Services for JotNow! are set to "While Using the App" in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
- Q. How do I add the home screen widget?
- Long-press your home screen to enter edit mode, tap +, and find JotNow! to add the "New Entry" widget (small or medium). Tap it to open the note input screen instantly.
