JotNow! は、個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。
メモの内容・位置情報・写真・音声入力のデータはすべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、外部のサーバーには送信されません。
GPS 記録機能を使用した場合のみ、現在地の取得を行います。取得した位置情報はメモ本文と共に端末内に保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。位置情報の取得はユーザーの操作によってのみ行われ、バックグラウンドで自動取得されることはありません。
音声入力機能を使用した場合のみ、マイクおよび Apple の音声認識フレームワーク（SFSpeechRecognizer）を使用します。音声データは Apple の音声認識サービスで処理されますが、当方が音声データを収集・保存・送信することはありません。Apple の音声認識サービスのプライバシー取り扱いについては Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
メモへの写真添付機能を使用した場合のみ、フォトライブラリへのアクセスを行います。選択した写真はアプリのドキュメントフォルダに保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。
Apple Watch と iPhone の間でメモデータを同期する場合、Apple の WatchConnectivity フレームワークを使用します。このデータはお客様ご自身のデバイス間でのみやり取りされ、第三者に送信されることはありません。
プレミアムプランの購入は Apple の App Store を通じて処理されます。支払い情報は Apple が管理し、当方では一切保持しません。

All note content, location data, photos, and voice input data are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to external servers.
Location is accessed only when you use the GPS entry feature. The location data is saved locally alongside your note and is never transmitted externally. Location is obtained only through explicit user action and is never collected automatically in the background.
The microphone and Apple's speech recognition framework (SFSpeechRecognizer) are used only when you use the voice input feature. Audio data is processed by Apple's speech recognition service; we do not collect, store, or transmit any audio data. Photo library access is requested only when you attach a photo to a note. Selected photos are saved in the app's local document folder and are never transmitted externally.
